The Process of Crafting Your Wedding Story
First, fill out an online inquiry form so I can guarantee your date and time. This will require a non-refundable 50% deposit fee that will be applied to your total printing cost.
I will review your answers and get in contact about how I can help capture your vision. I’ll speak to you both first, then each partner separately. This allows me to gain a full understanding of who you are and what makes your bond so special.
Gathering Stories and Sentiments
I’ll reach out to your family members or wedding party to start collecting stories and sentiments from them before the big day. I take those quotes and stories to weave the voices of your loved ones into the fabric of your keepsake.

Immersing Myself in Your Wedding Day
I attend as a guest and do my best reporting if I'm sharing a table with friendly, chatty people. My goal is to blend into the background and fully experience the environment. I’ll also engage with your guests and hear their reactions to preserve the moment for you.
You may see me float around the room to speak with your vendors, observe, or take notes. Every detail matters and I frequently refer to these notes while writing the editorial content.
Crafting Your Story
After the wedding, I will begin the task of putting together each article based on your package choice. I’ll also start developing a layout design. To include your photographers' images, I will need their permission to print their photos in a magazine format. While this typically falls under personal usage rights, it’s always best to clear it with them.
The Proofing Process
Once I have everything in place, I will review everything and send a few small previews before passing it on to print production. This physical proof will undergo another round of misprint scrutiny before I order any additional copies.
Delivering Your Keepsake
If you're local, I’ll bring the final product to you myself. If you’d prefer, we can sit down and review everything together. Otherwise, I’m happy to drop them at your doorstep or ship them to you.
Showcase and Cherish Your Magazine
You can display your magazine on a shelf, lay it on your coffee table, pass it around at parties, gift to your family, use it as a prop in your anniversary photoshoot, revisit it whenever you want, or tuck it away until you're ready to read it to your kids.
Why Choose Preserved in Print?
Choosing Preserved in Print means you understand the value of context, communication, and authenticity when it comes to keeping your most important memories sharp. I aim to go beyond traditional photos and content creation by capturing a guest's perspective and expressing their emotions in a Vogue-style magazine.
If you’re ready to begin this journey, please fill out the inquiry form.
